Business System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst with a strong background in Fintech and Banking domains. The ideal candidate should be an IIBA Practitioner with 4-6 years of proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, client interaction, and project management. This role demands excellent analytical skills, proficiency in technical discussions, and the ability to collaborate with global teams in different time zones.

Key Qualifications:

• IIBA Practitioner certification preferred.
• Proficiency in 2 or more business domains, with a preference for Banking and mobility.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and client interaction within the Fintech sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across various time zones, including PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to review client-provided documents and create comprehensive BA deliverables.
• Manage and document user stories, non-functional requirements, and traceability matrices.
• Engage in technical requirement discussions and map requirements to APIs with JSON as request/response.
• Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification alongside development and QA teams.
• Demonstrate excellent time and stakeholder management, decision-making, leadership, and planning skills.
• Ensure the integrity of solutions aligns with our overall strategy and product standards.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, including business requirements, cross-functional flow diagrams, and detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage expectations of stakeholders and handle effective communication.
• Exhibit proficiency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to think strategically and execute successfully.
• Be a dedicated team player, self-reliant, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira Agile tools, and team management experience.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools like Aha, OmniGraffle, and Draw.io.
• Ability to understand new or existing systems and business processes.
• Standardize requirements across teams and conceptualize application workflows.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and tracking.
• Research and propose solutions for business problems in coordination with other teams.
• Identify potential solution options and assess them for technical and business suitability.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Generate regular status reports for stakeholders and teams.
• Conduct user trials and acceptance tests for product evaluation and enhancement.
• Maintain the business value of the product through effective communication.
• Identify and address gaps in proposed functional solutions.
• Analyze and outline business problems, opportunities, and potential solutions.
