Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing and internal solutions tailored to court related processes.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical blueprints, diagrams, and documentation.
- Lead the technical aspects of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, Business Units, IT, and Business Analysts to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and query optimization.
- Expertise in data management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
- Familiarity with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software (such as Cisco Finesse and Cisco Unified IP) and experience with IVR implementation. Cloud experience with IVR.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VBA macros for automation and data analysis. Experience in front-end development using web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and familiarity with on-premises infrastructure (e.g., Oracle databases) is an advantage.
