E-trading migration

Manage the remediation of end of life tech estate across electronic trading platforms. It also includes engaging with vendor, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver this initiative.
Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define ross functional plan, project scope etc.
Manage workstream project managers and ensure Project plan in line with NatWest Markets Project Management Methodology
Proposing and implementing mitigation plans
Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes
Manage risk, issues, dependencies. Clear path/escalate accordingly
Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones
Raise change control requests (as required)
Support quality assurance reviews
Manage Project Financials
Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues
Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project
Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met
Follow NatWest Markets Project framework and familiarity with Agile
Must have done similar migrations before
Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills
The candidate must be a detail oriented.
The candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
Builds cross regional relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project and Visio required.
+5 years' experience in Project Management preferred.
Familiarity with Agile preferred.
