Workers' Compensation Attorney

The firm is looking for an experienced workers' compensation attorney to handle a high-volume caseload. This position requires your presence in our office which is located in the heart of the Chicago Loop.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume worker's compensation caseload.
• Assist the injured worker with benefits, including obtaining appropriate medical care.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of the claimant.
• Represent the interests of the claimant at hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Spanish fluency is a plus (optional)
