Senior GIS Developer

We are seeking a highly qualified GIS Technical Specialist with a strong educational background and extensive hands-on experience in various GIS technologies. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge and proficiency in the following areas:

ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Suite, ArcGIS Pro: Demonstrated expertise in working with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Suite and ArcGIS Pro.

ArcSDE with Oracle DB: Proficiency in utilizing ArcSDE with Oracle Database for GIS data management.

ArcGIS Enterprise and Mobile GIS Applications: Experience in working with ArcGIS Enterprise and developing mobile GIS applications.

C#.net, ArcObjects, ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET: Proficiency in C#.net programming language, ArcObjects, and ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET development.

Python for ArcGIS (ArcPy): Strong knowledge and practical experience in Python programming for ArcGIS using ArcPy.

ArcFM: Familiarity with ArcFM for utility network management.

ArcGIS Online (AGOL): Experience in working with ArcGIS Online (AGOL) platform for GIS data sharing and collaboration.

ArcGIS API for Python: Proficiency in utilizing ArcGIS API for Python for GIS automation and geospatial analysis.

ArcGIS Administration & Maintenance: Experience in administering and maintaining ArcGIS systems.

Awareness/Knowledge on Utilities (Gas, Electric Transmission and Distribution) Industrial practices & Standard: Familiarity with utility industry practices and standards, specifically related to gas, electric transmission, and distribution.

Business Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for GIS projects.

ArcGIS Javascript API: Proficiency in ArcGIS Javascript API for web-based GIS application development.

Advantageous Skills:

• Knowledge of the UPDM (Utility Network Package Data Model).
• Familiarity with HANA database for GIS data management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in team management and coordination.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers.
