Required Skills : Portfolio that shows equivalent project experience or equivalent talent. 5 years of experience designing interactive applications for web An excellent portfolio showcasing user experience, visual design and UI wok with a strong design sensibility and excellent, user centric storytelling. Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills, ability to think through complex interaction design Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique Ability to perform in a fast paced, high stress iterative design process under minimal supervision.

- Research and define UX strategy, contribute to the overall product and design direction from concept to implementation.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions for employee experiences that help guide various types of our employees from different backgrounds and with different requirements.
- Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers; iterate and improve those experiences as needed.
- Work in a highly collaborative environment with engineers and other partners; invest in building relationships and trust with stakeholders and leaders.
