Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Specialty: Interventional Radiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with on-call rotation Guaranteed Hours: Expected 40 hours per week Experience: 3-5 years preferred, with travel experience License: [Information Not Provided] Certifications: ARRT, BLS Must-Have: - Willingness to float to other campuses as needed Job Description: - Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including, but not limited to: - Y-90 Chemoembolizations - Cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention - Sub-Arachnoid Hemorrhage management - Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt (TIPSS) placements - Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) placements - Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) - Various vascular access procedures - Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangiography (PTC) - Renal biopsies - Liver biopsies- Operate equipment such as GE Innova, Philips Allura, OEC 9900 C-Arm, and Ultrasound- Handle approximately 25-30 cases per day- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in patient care- Collaborate effectively with the medical team to provide high-quality patient care
