We are looking for a Salesforce specialist to explore design. The ideal candidate should hold an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and has experience in Salesforce environment. The position requires good communication skills ability to work together in cross-functional technical teams in different areas of the organization.

Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce specialist to explore design. The ideal candidate should hold an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and has experience in Salesforce environment. The position requires good communication skills ability to work together in cross-functional technical teams in different areas of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the architects and technical leaders to implement CRM capabilities on the Salesforce platform.
- You will be responsible development of software features on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to maximize our CRM transformation with the Salesforce platform.
- Participate in scrum teams to develop/enhance functionality on the Salesforce platform including the technical analysis and estimates.
- Actively contribute in any team discussions value add by sharing experiences or providing technical know-how to the team best leverage the out of the box capabilities.
- Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies.
- Stay current on Salesforce s development platform and implement Salesforce development best practices following the Client internal standards and guidelines.
Skills Required
- Must-have 5+ years of web-based application design/developer experience or full-stack development (Java .Net HTML XML JSP and JavaScript).
- 2+ years in Salesforce configuration customization development using Salesforce.com
- Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding Aura framework Lightning Web Components API's Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model.
- Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs UI frameworks and event based integration patterns.
- Understood of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud Salesforce.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Platform Developer I (PDI)
- Nice-to-have Experience: Implementing CRM solutions in the financial sector.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices and tools including Jenkins AutoRABIT and Gearset.
- Experience with ETL tools (Datastage) & OCP.
