SAIC currently has an opening for a Capability Developer in Huntsville, AL.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer with capability development and integration processes, evaluating future concepts across DOTMLPF-P elements while assessing functionality, solution alternatives, operational and cost benefits including to identify risk(s). Experience needs to be in areas such as Space and High Altitude; Expertise in writing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) documents; leading assessments of current / future systems; provide development of emerging materiel solutions; synchronization of Army operational assessments; must also have experience in development, coordination, and staffing of appropriate Army/Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (ACIDS/JCIDS) documents, including the required supporting analysis and documentation.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- B.S and fifteen (15) years' of Space Systems experience; four (4) years of experience, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience in lie of degree
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Experience needs to be in areas such as Space and High Altitude
- Expertise in writing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) documents
- Skilled in leading assessments of current / future systems
- Able to provide development of emerging materiel solutions
- Knowledgeable of synchronization of Army operational assessments
- Experience in development, coordination, and staffing of appropriate Army/Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (ACIDS/JCIDS) documents, including the required supporting analysis and documentation
- Ability to identify/investigate source documents for quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Experience with OSC/DSC technologies, systems and integration efforts
- Space Control technology development, user operational assessments
- Expertise in technology assessments to ensure acceptance and relevance for improvements that meet capability gaps
- Expertise in the development of system-related briefings and reports that include supporting graphics and other technical analyses
