SALES & MARKETING MANAGER, HEALTHCARE
The Sales & Marketing Manager will position JVCKENWOOD USA as a leader in the Healthcare imaging industry by prospecting, cultivating, and developing key relationships with Hospitals, S/I, Resellers, physicians, and others in the medical profession to move business forward while positioning JVCKENWOOD USA as a leader in the healthcare imaging industry.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER, HEALTHCARE
The Sales & Marketing Manager will position JVCKENWOOD USA as a leader in the Healthcare imaging industry by prospecting, cultivating, and developing key relationships with Hospitals, S/I, Resellers, physicians, and others in the medical profession to move business forward while positioning JVCKENWOOD USA as a leader in the healthcare imaging industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Defines and develops yearly market penetration strategies identifying key major accounts to penetrate and configure healthcare solution.
- Improve sales and marketing solutions for JVCKENWOOD healthcare products by directly securing sales.
- Resolves customer issues regarding sales and technical service.
- Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Prepares, monitors, and manages budgets and expenditures.
- Confers or consults with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
- Works with internal resources to determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Collects, monitors, and analyzes marketing information to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Works in cooperation with Sales, Service, Accounting, and Logistics.
- Designs and implements new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and meet/exceed territory objectives.
- Addresses any issues that arise on accounts.
- Works in concert with Healthcare Division Manager and Japan team to develop and refine strategies within our key accounts.
- Facilitates workflow discovery sessions with key customers and advance solutions using solution selling methodologies.
- Arrangement to participate in national trade show conferences as required.
- Provide simple technical support services to users.
- Setup of IT peripherals connections.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Frequent travel, including overnights
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling radiology equipment or overall healthcare business in the medical industry with a track record of sales goal achievement.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of healthcare IT (PACS, radiology, and the IT cloud systems).
- Extensive experience with current Medical Imaging marketplace concepts and direction.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with IT, radiologists, surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial.
- Proven track record of achieving quota and developing complex strategy in large healthcare accounts.
- Understanding and practice in strategic selling principles.
- Must be experienced preparing RFP's (Request for Proposal).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from parent-company, managers and employees.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Experience with complex negotiations involving prospects with multiple external departments such as PACS and IT.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
