About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Field Operations to lead our Great Plains Division in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Lewisville, TX office personnel. Your main objective will be to ensure that our division is meeting and exceeding performance goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in field operations management
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Experience with project management methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field operations managers and office personnel to ensure the successful execution of daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
