Position Summary
The Manager of Clinical Training will collaborate with the staff and faculty in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) to lead, manage, and provide clinical oversight of the CWD's workforce development programs. This is a full-time position for a behavioral health professional with a strong background in clinical training, supervision, and program management as well as administrative and direct care experiences with historically underserved populations. The Manager of Clinical Training will report to the Vice President for Workforce Initiatives.

Essential Functions
- Offer leadership and administrative support to the team in the Center for Workforce Development to implement program goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment, placement, and training of students enrolled in the CWD's workforce development programs.
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices for recruiting, training, and retaining a culturally diverse behavioral health workforce.
- Collaborate with relevant departments at the College and external partner agencies to manage career ladder programs for individuals from historically underserved communities.
- Provide clinical training and supervision to the CWD staff, program participants, and trainees.
- Facilitate workshops, didactic seminars, and other professional development activities.
- Lead presentations on workforce development topics at meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Participate in strategic planning to manage program growth and ensure sustainability.
- Regularly review and recommend changes in program services to meet emerging needs, with a focus on behavioral health workforce development initiatives for underrepresented groups.
- Engage in data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
- Maintain oversight of program evaluation and quality assurance functions.
- Ensure adherence with funding agency guidelines and timelines, as appropriate.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with academic standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties, as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of a master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., mental health counseling, psychology, or social work).
- Currently licensed or license eligible as a behavioral health provider (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or clinical experiences in academic, community-based, human services, or non-profit agencies.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Relevant clinical experience with culturally diverse and underserved communities.
- Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional maturity.
- Ability to relate well to individuals from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong written and public speaking skills.
- Experience with supervision, clinical training, and program management.
- Ability to adapt to the culture of a mission-driven, fast-paced educational environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Mandarin preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and other web-based tools.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Ability to assume employment in the United States without College Sponsorship.
