Job Summary: Provide leadership and execution of end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they arise. Serve as a resourceful leader in all plant financial matters consisting of cost accounting, inventory valuation/accuracy, analysis of past / present financial operations, capital investment analysis, month-end closing processes, general ledger account reconciliations, and annual budgeting / monthly forecasting process. This would include meetings with operations and helping them understand the financial results, opportunities, and risks.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, distribute, and present the monthly financial report.
- Perform data and investment analysis and advise leadership on profit maximizing ideas.
- Enhance, develop, implement and enforce policies / procedures via systems to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.
- Process owner/site leader for the plant's budget/forecast process which would include the budget software support and analysis of information.
- Analyze actual results against financial budgets. Analyze/determine areas for improvement.
- Support long-term financial goals of the organization.
- Owner of the month end closing and reporting process. Perform month end tasks related to cost accounting and plant operations. Review for overall reasonableness & question outliers. Reconcile general ledger accounts on the balance sheet and P&L.
- Maintain cost accounting within ERP.
- Identify material changes and communicate with team and external personnel.
- Provide internal controls and process documentation including ongoing compliance testing.
- Assist with year-end audit.
- Assist with inventory physical and cycle counts.
- Assist in creation, review/testing and update of control and process documentation for all accounting and finance functions.
- Identify and drive areas for process improvements and implementation of any changes.
- Work with cross functional teams to assist in process improvements.
- Capital investment analysis.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems, features, functionality, and benefits.
- Perform ERP system and process testing as needed.
- Develop procedures and policies.
- Educate and train team as needed.
- Supporting the procurement process.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related discipline and 5 years' experience.
- Working knowledge of standard costing systems and variance analysis using an ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate and interact with team members at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with month end close.
- Demonstrated superior decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of communicating accounting information to non-accounting personnel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data.
- Working knowledge of the functionality and integration of an ERP system.

- Experience with Sage X3, IQMS, etc.
- Outstanding leadership and cross-functional team building skills.
- Embracing collaboration.
- Fill/Finish or general manufacturing background.
- Understanding Supply Chain Management.
- Proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial.
ADA Requirements:
- Typically sits, grasps items, and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally.
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards.
- Travel by air or car occasionally
