As a Senior UI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated web and mobile interfaces, ensuring that they are efficient, scalable, and visually appealing. With 5-12 years of experience in front-end development, you will be expected to drive best practices in UI/UX design, collaborate across teams, and ensure the successful implementation of our web and mobile platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and creativity to build exceptional user interfaces that power our AI solutions.

You Will:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces across web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences and ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use, optimizing UI components for performance and scalability.
• Stay ahead of front-end trends and best practices, driving innovation and improving development workflows and tools.
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing front-end team.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Proactively identify user interface challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with product management to translate business goals into technical requirements and ensure successful feature delivery.

You'll Have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 5-12 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong focus on building user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, browser compatibility issues, and web performance optimization.
• Proven experience working with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployments.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Solid experience with front-end tooling and workflows (e.g., Webpack, NPM, Babel).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality code in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and integrating front-end applications with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) to ensure the reliability of user interfaces.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive and accessible user experiences.
• Previous experience leading front-end teams or mentoring junior developers in a collaborative environment.

Pay Range: $83,000 - $165,000 base salary. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
