We are looking for candidates that with a minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience and 5-8 years of experience and demonstrated success in progressive positions in a high volume, upscale environment ONLY. Position requires open availability, strong leadership skills, a highly developed ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, the ability to effectively communicate to both guests and team members at all levels of the organization, and the ability to coordinate large groups for maximum effectiveness.
Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of 34 Park to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Clearly describe, assign, delegate responsibility and authority for food and beverage operation.
Monitor and, when necessary, develop and implement schedules for the operation to achieve a profitable result.
Participate with the chef and restaurant managers in the creation of attractive menu specials to attract local customer market.
Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs, ensure efficient operation and expenditures stay within budget limitations, including achieving budgeted revenue and labor expenses.
Train and support restaurant managers establish and achieve predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, and promotions. Maximize food and beverage profitability through operational effectiveness and cost controls.
Regularly review and evaluate customer satisfaction, investigate, and resolve complaints.
Provide restaurant managers operating tools necessary to modern management principles such as budget, forecast, purchasing, recipes, portion specifications, menu development, production control, pre-meals, job descriptions and job performance.
Ensure compliance with all Lupoli Companies policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel all food and beverage management team members according to 34 Park training manuals.
Continuously train and education all team members on food, beverage, service and 34 Park expectations, training is expected daily at every single pre-meal.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness, curb-side appeal, landscaping, and overall presentation are perfect daily.
Engage team members daily and ensure 34 Park service and experience is provided to each and every guest. Team members should be punctual and in clean, neat and crisp uniform.
Operate traditional software programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Build and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers by engaging with them regularly. Send hand written Thank You notes to customers, catering orders and events.

Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
Perform in the capacity of any position supervised.
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire associates to meet and exceed standards.
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
