JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team in Wendell, NC. Leading cross-functional teams, you'll spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and facilitating product development processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals to enhance brand positioning and drive growth. Create long-term strategic plans and annual marketing plans, integrating insights from market research, competitive analysis, and consumer feedback.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Drive the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Utilize innovative marketing techniques and technologies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to gather and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Translate data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing marketing performance and ROI.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, product development, and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and product initiatives, ensuring a unified and compelling brand image. Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards to reinforce brand identity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Market Intelligence, and other departments to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Foster a cohesive organizational approach to achieving business goals.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches. Continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to drive better outcomes.
  • Communicate marketing and product strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure alignment with overall business goals and foster strong relationships with key partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
  • Adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation within the marketing function. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/brand marketing, product marketing, or sales marketing is required
  • Must be willing to travel (~20%) and assist in set-up for various trade shows
  • Must have previous people management/supervisory and budget management experience
  • Demonstrated analytic and strategic planning skills required
  • Industry and product knowledge preferred, but not required
