The Application Delivery & Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing teams dedicated to Hospitality and Gaming products at Station Casinos. This role ensures the effective implementation of ITIL/ITSM practices, maintains infrastructure support, upholds cybersecurity standards, and drives optimal product performance and delivery. The manager will lead teams in monitoring product performance, implementing automation for recovery, managing certificate installations, and collaborating with vendors for efficient and high-quality product launches. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Manage and lead teams responsible for Hospitality products (Hotel, Food and Beverage, etc.) and Gaming products (slot machine systems, table game player tracking, etc.).Implement and oversee ITIL/ITSM practices across both Hospitality and Gaming product teams to ensure best practices in IT service delivery and management. Ensure proper support and maintenance of infrastructure for all managed products. Collaborate with vendors to launch new products, focusing on speed to market and high-quality implementations. Regularly report on team performance, product status, and strategic initiatives to Leadership as needed. Develop and implement robust monitoring systems for all products to ensure timely notification of performance issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience. At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing application support and delivery teams. Demonstrated expertise in both Hospitality and Gaming applications, including but not limited to POS, property management systems (PMS), IGT Gaming systems, player tracking systems, and related technologies. Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and practices, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner). Experience in managing infrastructure support, cybersecurity governance, and performance monitoring systems. Agile/Scrum certification or extensive experience working in an Agile environment. Must have a valid Nevada Driving License and reliable transportation. Must be able to work on call as required and provide support during critical incidents.
