Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
  • NP must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Education program and have national certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant advanced practice experience is required. 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • High standards of ethics and professionalism required.
  • Must be comfortable practicing autonomously with minimal oversight from the supervising physician.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.
  • Clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA BLS certification required.
