Broad Range of Experience, Circuit Design and Ordering
Hardware Install and Deploy
Software maintenance and upgrades
Exp with Architecture and Design (good understanding)
Certs (CCNA)

Bachelors Degree Engineering or Equivalent
Generally requires 7+ years related experience
Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline.

Engineering background in three or more of the following functional areas:
Data Center / Central Office equipment deployment and integration
Capacity management
SIP design / interconnection
911 Service design / delivery
IMS design / interconnection
PSTN design / interconnection
Leased circuit ordering / provisioning / testing
Enterprise voice networks
Voice switch (5E/DMS/Soft Switch) routing / translations
