You will join a 2nd generation family run contractor, who want to scale your career to become the next General Manager.
As you grow into the role, you will have full autonomy to create processes, hire and shape the company in your Image.
The Manager is not interested in micromanaging you; instead, they want to mentor and nurture you into becoming the next boss!

The service department has 4 crews, however, are looking to grow.
Typical project values range from $600 - $2.5M, 60% of which is re-roofing / 30% in service.
Requirements:
5 years as a Service Manager / Operations Manager
Construction & Roofing knowledge
Sales experience (Desirable)
Knowledge of Single Ply systems
