Schedule appointments for solar system consultations with clients
Coordinate with the solar sales team to ensure timely appointments and installations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally
Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions for reporting purposes
Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment scheduling for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in cold calling or inside sales
Real Estate License or relevant certification
Proficient in customer/client database management
Strong lead qualification skills (e.g., BANT)
Excellent rapport-building, active listening, and objection-handling abilities
