Position: Finance Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)
Office: San Francisco
Experience: 3 - 5 Years of Experience
We have an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level Finance Associate in our San Francisco office.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of law firm experience primarily representing private equity sponsors, private or public companies and other types of borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings.
Candidates should be team players with a high level of initiative, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills.
The annual salary range is $260,000 to $365,000, which may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
