Location: Olympia, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (Pay is determined based on years of experience)
Summary of benefits:

Revenue Cycle Manager Summary :
Overseeing the front-end Revenue Cycle teams, the Revenue Cycle Manager will support the demographic and charge capture information, physician and payor mapping, and overall clean claim submissions. This includes reporting on all functions of front-end revenue cycle, team oversight, and training. The Revenue Cycle Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and project manager for different RCM initiatives.

Revenue Cycle Manager Job Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. in a related field preferred.
- 4+ years or more of related Revenue Cycle Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year(s) or supervisory experience in a revenue cycle setting. Preference for experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge across all aspects of healthcare revenue cycle functions, medical billing, CPT/ICD9/ICD10 coding, related adhoc reporting and management, with a strong knowledge of payor requirements.
- Experience enrolling providers and entities with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor.
