The Program Manager for Outpatient Services is accountable for the day-to-day clinical and personnel management at individual program sites. Under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services and in collaboration with the Program Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the on-site leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program-focused activities.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of social work or related field and licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
License: California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a valid driver's license.
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of JCAHO, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. CPR certification, and successful completion of the hospital's designated behavioral and physical management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint required prior to assisting in the procedures.

- The Oaks outpatient programs incorporate a range of services to adolescents, adults and seniors, including; physician oversight, medication management, group therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and clinical assistance tailored to help our clients achieve their treatment goals. Offering premiere behavioral health services for individuals experiencing psychiatric and /or substance abuse symptoms that negatively affect daily functioning.
- Work with the Director to develop goals, objectives, policies and procedures related to the operational needs of the programs staff and patient care.
