This salaried exempt position has a dual job responsibility with 75% of time in Business Development and 25% of time in liaison management in Springfield, MA, overseeing the Baystate Medical Center and UMASS hospital accounts. The person in this position is responsible for facilitating the achievement of the company's financial and business development goals for their defined territory through the positive promotion of NELC's programs and services to member hospital leaders, clinicians & case management personnel; management of the liaison team, coverage of the assigned member hospitals and will act as a resource to support the team. This requires expert level knowledge of Home Infusion Therapy, experience with successful management of people or leading highly effective teams. This position requires a highly motivated and autonomous work ethic. This position requires a registered nursing license.
**Responsibilities**
-Grows accounts and territory to meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance goals.
-Ensures the effective promotion of company products and services to all referral sources including but not limited to member trustees, member leadership, physicians, member hospital clinical staff, hospital & payer case managers and home health agencies in assigned area of responsibility.
-In conjunction with BD Leadership develop annually, a member specific plan to network/consult/promote the services of NELC throughout the institution to ensure the member remains a member in good standing by either meeting the test of being fully engaged and maintain a positive contribution to NELC's financial performance.
-Reviews monthly performance results with the Director of Case Management and other appropriate hospital department heads to ensure member engagement and participation in meeting by-law requirements for a member in good standing, on-going program development, planning or corrective actions.
-Identify quarterly performance goals in support of member(s) specific master plan; meets or exceeds identified goals with the liaisons in the NELC Account Management model.
-Participates in or secures a seat for another NELC team member to participate in at least one hospital committee at each of their assigned member hospitals.
