BAE Systems is seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers to support a client's operational requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Successful CI Officer candidates will work in an integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines. Responsibilities include all-source intelligence research, risk analysis, reports writing, operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and presentation of reports to all levels of customer management. CI Officers must be able to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly while working collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates should be comfortable drafting and disseminating written reports and requests for information.

The position requires an active Security Clearance with Polygraph; there is no exception to the clearance requirement. Successful candidates will work well in team environments and also be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to professionally interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization.

Required Skills and Education

  • Level 4 requires 12 years of related work experience; Level 5 requires 20 years of related work experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience writing cables and with customer databases and tools
  • Minimum 60 days support to intel collection operations via PCS or TDY
  • Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
  • Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
  • Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries' intelligence capabilities, including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
  • Understanding of offensive and defensive CI methods
  • Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis, including insider threat detection
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, the fundamentals of intelligence operations, to include risk assessment
  • Active Security Clearance with Polygraph
