We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP technical lead to join our fast-growing Enterprise IT Services team. This position reports to the senior technology manager, Enterprise Services.

• Lead the design and development of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations related to IT operations, business processes, security and data integrity for applications;
• Manage offshore team members in the design and development of Oracle Cloud HCM application integrations, data conversions and reports;
• Lead development activities in a cross-functional environment, including teams spanning the enterprise and third-party vendors;
• Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks and status to all project stakeholders;
• Create and maintain accurate and unambiguous technical design documents with an appropriate level of detail in a standardized format;
• Mentor offshore developers, leading in technical design and development;
• Execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud engagements for a variety of clients, including process design, implementation lifecycle, and post go-live support;
• Lead overall offshore development teams and manage technical activities for multiple client projects;
• Mentor the team, develop their talent, and challenge the status quo to hone skills and achieve positive project outcomes;
• Participate in the estimation of technical activities by following best practices and industry guidelines;
• Perform light project management, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget;
• Act as a gatekeeper of all projects' technical activities and ensure that the quality of deliverables is top-notch;
• Assist with the development of standards, procedures, and processes for the most optimum delivery of technical components of our client projects;
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Technology (M.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in computer science, information systems or software engineering from an accredited university;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, including 2 years working with Oracle Cloud HCM applications as a technical lead or manager;
• At least 5 years of experience with HCM or Cloud data conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, BI Publisher, and PaaS Integration Cloud Service (ICS);
• Experience:
  
  • leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large and complex client deliveries;
  • with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, HDL, HSDL, FBDI, and Workflow tools;
  • working in a sprint-driven, Agile project environment as well as with traditional Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle modules at the table level, specifically related to HCM and/or Financials, such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, AP, AR, GL, Procurement, CM, Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits;
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP REST and SOAP APIs, and experience in building ETL-based integrations using these APIs;
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts and techniques;
• Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and the cloud-native framework specific to Oracle Fusion applications;
• High-level knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Security framework;
• Strong analytical, prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
