The Business Analyst, Finance will play a pivotal role in ensuring business readiness for the implementation of the new ERP system. Acting as a subject matter expert, the analyst will assist in the formalization of business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and support all phases of the ERP implementation. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute project activities, assess risks, implement controls, and monitor overall project effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, driving efficiency and integration of the new system.

Business Analyst, Finance

- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collect, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Process Mapping and Improvement:
- Develop detailed process maps and recommend optimizations to align with ERP capabilities.
- Solution Design and Validation:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions that align with business goals.
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project status and provide updates to leadership.
- Data Migration and Management:
- Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the transition.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Execute testing scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing.
- Report and resolve issues promptly.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
- Create comprehensive training materials to facilitate adoption.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements.
- Change Management:
- Assist change management activities to ensure smooth adoption.
- Communicate project updates and address resistance proactively.
WHO YOU ARE?
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (mandatory); strong understanding of finance cycles and processes.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in ERP implementations.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Ability to manage large data sets, including data collection, sampling, and testing.
- Autonomous, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Bilingual
WORKING CONDITIONS?
- Full-time contract role (18 months).
- Hybrid remote office schedule.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
