About Enterpret
At Enterpret, we are building unified customer feedback analytics. We centralize customer feedback across all sources, like Twitter, Salesforce, Zendesk, Customer Slack Channels, Community Forum, Surveys, and Gong calls, in one place. We use this feedback to build a custom ML model for each customer, and enable analysis like comparing cohorts, and detecting anomalies on feedback on top of it. Our customers include companies like Canva, Notion, Apollo, The Browser Company, Ironclad, Loom, and several other Product Led Growth decacorns and F500 companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Technical Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and compelling product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the platform's capabilities and addressing their technical concerns. Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Projects: Lead PoC projects, working hand-in-hand with prospects to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Enterpret's solution. Build internal tools to provide leverage: Build automations and internal tooling to help scale the quality and velocity of out sales process execution. Be Enterpret for Enterpret: Actively gather feedback from prospects and work closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and new feature requests.

Key Responsibilities:
About You
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering or pre-sales role, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
- Comfortable with SQL and basic scripting(can understand API documentation for data uploads / quick POCs).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagements and sales opportunities.
