Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and Power BI, with a passion for data management, analysis, and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and business intelligence.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, report/dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
