About this role:

We are on the lookout for a Head of Revenue Operations (reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer) to build, scale, and lead revenue operations. This pivotal role demands a blend of analytical expertise, operational efficiency, and visionary leadership. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and scalability by optimizing sales processes, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring our sales strategies are well aligned with our ambitious business objectives.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency across global markets.
  • Work closely with the sales, GTM, and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of revenue operations with overall business strategies.
  • Oversee the management of revenue forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Build a scalable revenue technology foundation, including CRM and sales automation tools, to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales operations and strategies.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making by providing comprehensive analyses, insights, and recommendations on revenue trends, market opportunities, and operational challenges.
  • Provide support to the CRO for QBRs, BOD, or other requests as needed
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through streamlined sales processes and exceptional customer engagement practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve revenue operations.
  • Deliver training and documentation where needed


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a leader in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform strategies and make decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, Salesforce.com, and sales automation tools. Previous Salesforce.com administration experience a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement while being comfortable with rolling up your sleeves when needed
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across functions to drive organizational success.
  • Strong executive communication skills both written and oral
  • Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Passionate about building long term success for companies
