Role:

Card Kingdom is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Engineering Team. TPM's are the catalyst in cross functional delivery - driving design and development of products, across multiple Engineering teams and stakeholders. TPM's ensure project delivery is high-quality, meets schedule commitments and is cost conscious. In addition to strong project management skills, we look for technical abilities and a high sense of ownership in delivery. TPM's are equally comfortable digging into business requirements as they are drilling into architecture and design with development teams. TPMs anticipate challenges, navigate technical roadblocks, help troubleshoot, and communicate clearly. Being detail oriented, highly collaborative, and unafraid to tackle tough problems are important behaviors.

This role is expected to be in our Monroe warehouse 1-2 days a week and our Ballard office 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion.
  • Participate and influence in Prioritization Exercises
  • Ensure alignment with customer stakeholders and enterprise objectives.
  • Provide regular status reports to the enterprise and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, including mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects with a software and/or robotics delivery focus.
  • Ability to be influential on a highly integrated team of technical and non-technical members as well as working with or managing third party vendors.
  • Technical acumen with experience within any of the following domains - eCommerce, Warehouse Logistics, and/or Robotics.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with current web development technologies, distributed architecture, and agile development methodology.
  • Ability to proactively identify dependencies/risks and work with your engineering counterparts to mitigate these
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize tasks
  • Highly collaborative, and calm in the face of competing priorities and ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.


Location / Work Schedule:
  • Seattle - 1-2 days a week
  • Monroe - 1-2 days a week
  • Hybrid

Job Type / Pay Rate:
  • Full Time
  • Exempt/Salary: Range from $87,700 - $107,300 depending on qualifications and experience
