Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Comprehensive Counseling and Community Partnerships has the primary responsibility of overseeing all the functions of the Comprehensive Counseling Clinic. He/she oversees and implements all policies and procedures of the clinic as well as affiliated behavioral health services across the organization. The Director of Comprehensive Counseling and Community Partnerships ensures that the operation of the clinic complies with the standards of the Old Colony Y and of regulatory agencies, i.e. the Department of Public Health, the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP), Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, and all other applicable local, state and federal agencies and operations.
The Director of Comprehensive Counseling and Community Partnerships assumes responsibility for collaborating and networking across the Old Colony Y and amongst community organizations to assess public health needs, and in turn provide recommendations and interventions in accordance with identified needs. He/she is responsible for developing performance metrics and additional sources of revenue to support the expansion of necessary interventions. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all clients receiving services from the clinic receive quality service, which promotes social, cultural, and physical development. The Director Comprehensive Counseling and Community Partnerships is expected to accept, display, and encourage the character traits of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, and incorporate our appreciation of diversity in all aspects of their work.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- LICSW and/or Advanced degree in social work, psychology, public health, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of full-time experience subsequent to obtaining a Master's degree. Three of these years of experience must have been in an administrative capacity.

- Program development and/or process improvement experience
- Grant management and/or revenue cycle management experience preferred

- Director must ensure the overall operations of the Old Colony Y by demonstrating teamwork and accepting additional responsibilities as assigned.
