ECS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Oracle DRM Developer to join our team. As the lead developer in this domain, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing and optimizing our Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) system. On Site Requirements:
DRM Technical Lead:
- Lead DRM-related tasks from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
System Design, Development and Maintenance:
- Design, develop, upgrade, and maintain Oracle DRM applications to support business requirements.
- Implement and manage data hierarchies, metadata, and data governance processes.
- Ensure the DRM system is optimized for performance and scalability.
Data Management:
- Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and transformations within DRM.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.
- Perform data validation and cleansing as needed.
Integration and Automation:
- Integrate DRM with other systems (e.g., Hyperion, BI tools) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for data loading, extraction, and transformation processes.
- Implement APIs and other integration methods to enhance system interoperability.
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DRM-related issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Agile Scrum Team Participation:
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
- Continuously improve processes and practices within the Scrum framework
On Site Requirements:
- Three (3) days a week working from Pentagon SIPR site.
