ECS is seeking a ORSA Specialist to work in our Pentagon, Arlington VA office.
ECS needs an enthusiastic Army Operations Research/Systems Analysis Functional to support the ARMY in the Arlington/Crystal City VA area! ECS plays an integral role in providing support for the Army G3/5/7.
Combines operational experience with technical expertise using a wide variety of traditional and emerging analytic tools and techniques to underpin and enable leadership decisions in a constantly changing global environment. The ORSA introduces quantitative and qualitative analysis, data analytics, and data science to the military's decision- making and institutional processes by developing and applying probability models, statistical inference, simulations, optimization, data analysis, and data visualization. The ORSA encompasses diverse disciplines that include personnel management, doctrine and force development, training management, system testing, system acquisition, decision analysis, and resource management, as well as tactical, operational and strategic planning from division through combatant command, and from Army Command through the highest levels of the Department of Defense

Required Skills:
- 3 years ORSA expertise supporting Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) within the Department of Defense.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Expert level Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Understanding of military training and operations.
- Ability to develop and present analytical products and presentations for senior military officials.
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM).
- Secret Clearance.
