ADP is hiring a Retirement Services Implementation Team Lead. In this position, you will provide leadership support to the SIMPLE/SEP Sales Support & Service team. Manage team KPIs surrounding inbound calls, Service Requests (open cases), client escalations, and resolutions to support the Sales Support & Service team and our sales partners. Mentor, develop, and train associates and provide performance feedback to the leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the administrative management of associates, including but not limited to recruiting, interviewing, new hire orientation, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Facilities talent development for associates, including assistance with establishing and overseeing individual development plans (IDPs).
- Leads and conducts weekly check in calls with associates.
- Participates in talent reviews.
- Provides program-level support and fosters collaboration with sales partners.
- Handles client escalations and works closely with business partners and clients to remediate or prevent future escalations.
- Drives project planning and resource assignment activities.
- Proactively seeks opportunities for organizational improvement and drives the improvement effort.
- Negotiates timelines, participates in forecasting, assigning workloads, and reviewing/approving exceptions.
- Supports team engagement through the facilitation of events and activities.
- Effectively handles escalations, works closely with critical clients, and reports back to management on progress
- Coordinates and works on project assignments ensuring the proper follow-through occurs; keeps management aware of key initiatives
- Facilitates team meetings and assists with topics covered.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of directly related experience, in Retirement Service, Implementation, or as a Team Leader.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
