Requirements Analyst

ECS is seeking to hire a Requirements Analyst to join us in supporting Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) VA Logistics Redesign (VALOR) Program in support of Supply Chain modernization efforts within the PMO. This work is based in Washington, DC, with an option for limited remote work.

Duties include:

• Development of requirements artifacts including but not limited to requirements traceability matrix, requirements dashboards, user-stories
• Development of business process flows
• Facilitation of business processes and requirements with VA business community
• Provides gap analysis of current vs. future capability
• Superior written, verbal and oral communications skills.
• Advanced capability in MS office Suite including Excel, Project, Visio
• This is a hybrid role at client side (at least 2 - 3 days per week).

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) planning experience.
• 3 years (minimum) Federal consulting experience.
