Currently, we are seeking a Women's Health Imaging Manager for our OBGYN/Gynecological offices located Williamsville, NY! This is a full-time salaried position, scheduled Monday - Friday.
No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Essential Duties:
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of the operational success of the Women's Health ultrasound services.
- Evaluate and maintain positive patient experiences through feedback, training and communication.
- Identify and execute the management of best practices for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Enhance operational effectiveness by emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.
- Provide oversight and maintenance of corporate goals, operational and quality standards.
- Partner with director on the strategic planning and implementation of service line initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures regarding ultrasound services.
- Ensure the adequate execution of, and compliance to, established policies, procedures and objectives.
- Focus on physician and staff engagement to ensure a positive culture to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Coordinating patient care for high-risk patients in need of external referrals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies (AIUM).
- Continually monitor operations, programs, physical properties (ultrasound/Trophon equipment) and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Trouble shooting technical issues or workflow issues with GE Viewpoint system and Medent.
- Review and analyze productivity using information extracted from EMR system to evaluate efficient management of scheduling, access, and patient flow.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Department as it relates to the billing of ultrasound services.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education (Minimum Needed): Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience (Minimum Needed): Minimum of five years of experience working in Women's health ultrasound as RDMS. At least two years of prior management experience preferred.
- Nuchal Translucency certification preferred.
- EMR experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to utilize computer programs; MS Suite experience preferred.
- Effective decision making, problem solving and project execution skills; ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment.
