DC Power Director of Operations
National Network Services (NNSI) DC Power Division based in Aurora CO provides engineering, material management and installation of DC Power products throughout several regions in the United States.
NNSI is seeking a Director of Operations, the primary role of this positions is to successfully execute multiple projects in multiple areas, via the management and support with your team of direct reports to include project management, engineering, installation and subcontractors.

NNSI is seeking a Director of Operations, the primary role of this positions is to successfully execute multiple projects in multiple areas, via the management and support with your team of direct reports to include project management, engineering, installation and subcontractors.
General Duties:
- Hire and manage necessary DC power technicians, Engineers, Managers and subcontractors to support the WIP while maintaining customer schedules.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners ensuring their expectations are met.
- Participate in bid reviews with preconstruction team.
- Provide primary support and training to project management team.
- Oversee safety and quality standards for the division.
- Tracking training for technicians
- Tracking and making recommendations
- Manage warehouse locations, contracts and costs.
- Manage vehicles, tools and warehouse inventories
Construction:
- Manage project schedule, budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Participate in area conference calls with customers.
- Primary contact for DC Power team questions or needs
- Manage Vendor / Sub relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within and electrical utility or telecom (preferred) industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards is a must
- Strong analytical skills and experience with budget management, strategic planning and process improvement.
- Proven track record of operational improvement and expertise in managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders including the client and fostering team collaboration.
Compensation:
- Salary paid bi-weekly $95K to $125K based on qualifications and experience.
