We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Product (FP&A) working Hybrid (2 days a week in office) out of Park City, Utah.

You'll oversee financial planning and analysis for the Chief Product Officer supporting the hardware and software development, Industrial Design, and Product Management groups.

We're looking for a dynamic FP&A Manager, Product to join our team. As a key leader, you'll drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You'll oversee financial planning and analysis for the Chief Product Officer supporting the hardware and software development, Industrial Design, and Product Management groups.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Develop and implement a rolling Labor Allocation model for all Product team projects and priorities with supporting business cases to enable contract labor reductions by Feb 2025
- Build a new product launch executive level dashboard utilizing live data warehouse data and Tableau by Feb 2025
- Develop and implement a full rolling 12 planning monthly update process for the Product team by May 2025
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
- Develop and implement a new product launch financial stage gate process and support the execution of ongoing strategic initiatives, including the creation of presentations, materials, and documents to support FP&A and Finance team needs
- Build out automation and driver-based forecasting techniques for the income statement and Balance sheet (projecting CAPEX for the product team) in Adaptive Planning.
- Plan, organize, and lead efforts in support of a variety of company-wide projects and initiatives involving profitability and ad-hoc financial analysis, identification and realization of cost savings efforts, as well as comprehensive design, construction and distribution of internal financial reporting using Adaptive Planning
- Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, procedures and modeling tools.
- Partner with the CPO and the CSO to ensure new product launch plans and sales plans are aligned and that projects are appropriately prioritized
- Support ad hoc projects and help define data and product improvements to support iFIT's growth.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Support senior management teams and department heads with in depth costing and market analysis
- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Education and Basic Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in FP&A or other finance or accounting functions
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adaptive Planning
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Proven track record working with a hardware or software development team assisting with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate strategic objectives into financial plans.
