Director, Branch Optimization

This is a results-driven position. The employee must possesses a tenacious desire to deliver results to budget and meet operational savings initiatives.

• Responsible for optimizing field location footprint and profitability
  • driving, managing, and maintaining overall asset and inventory management for the company as well as CAPEX spend
  • Develops/leads projects and improves processes by identifying and implementing new applications, system enhancements/hard stops/changes, workflow modifications, etc.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Performs ROI and Cost/Benefit analysis of new opportunities and presents findings
• Reduces/optimizes field locations, operational expenses, OT, deliveries, and executes other projects to improve field profitability
• Implements Asset and inventory management system
• Monitors and manages CAPEX spend to meet budget targets
• Develops and follows through on special projects designed to achieve cost savings per budget/plan
• Develops, leads, and participates in new applications, system enhancements, and workflow modifications to anticipate and prevent impacts to business processes and achieving targets
• Identifies issues as they arise
  • facilitates resolution of issues
  • escalates to relevance as needed
• Monitors projects against implementation schedules
• Assists in real estate management and associated cost savings initiatives related to operations

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Required

Work Experience

• Seven or more years of overall general business and management capacity Required
• Previous DME industry Preferred
• Must be able to accommodate 50% of travel
