ECS is seeking a KPI Data and Requirements Analyst to work in our Seaside, Ca office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon [additional funding].
Serve as the primary Data and Requirements Analyst for client's Cybersecurity and Privacy Divisions' KPI and Dashboard project Based on Data and Requirements analysis, design, create KPI mock-ups, and maintain KPIs to measure business performance and drive client's decision-making capabilities. Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources. Identify data trends and insights to provide KPIs to solve significant business problems. Support KPI and Dashboard developer to create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights. Conduct testing based on requirements traceability matrix, ensuring requirement compliance, data accuracy, reliability and integrity of data presented in dashboards and reports. Conduct quantitative data analysis of complex business situations. Collaborate with Project Manager, developers and various stakeholders to understand data needs, requirements and provide KPI driven solutions for actionable insights. Create and maintain documentation supporting the development, such as SOPs, etc. Create presentations as requested. Create weekly, monthly and in-progress review presentations, as needed.
Must be a US citizen per contract, possess an active Position of Public Trust, or preferably a Secret Clearance. Must be willing to acquire and maintain a Secret clearance if requested Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or similar discipline AND 5+ years of data analyst experience, in support of the DoD or other federal clients. Education/Experience substitution allowable Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or similar role Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Use case or storyboarding experience Excellent agile and iterative data analysis, KPI development to support and defend data-driven decision-making regarding cybersecurity and privacy Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate effectively with government and contract leadership, while conveying highly technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Capacity to thrive in a complex, fast paced environment with competing demands while delivering consistent, high-quality commitment to mission-critical systems and solutions Excellent written and verbal skills are required
