Job Description
The Strategy Director role is a key leadership position that is part of the Electronic Systems Sector Strategy and Planning team. In this role you will work closely with your peers and collaborate across the sector to lead the development of our integrated business plan, lead and assist with sector wide strategic initiatives, assist with market analysis and competitive intelligence efforts, shape our corporate investment strategy, and support acquisitions and divestitures. This role reports directly to the Electronic Systems Vice President of Strategy and Planning.
To expand the experience base of our current team, we are particularly interested in individuals with broad business or functional experience across BAE Systems, understanding of how our organization operates and experience collaborating across networks to conduct targeted market and competitive analysis.

- Collaborate with leaders across the business to develop/refine business and functional strategies.
- Support mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to our emerging leaders in the organization.
- Focus on creating a diverse team in an inclusive environment.
