Royce Geo seeks a Senior Specialist, Design and Creative reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications to deliver a range of visual creative services to support the planning, execution, and impact of Royce Geo's marketing and communications program.
This position is a great fit for a hands-on, well-rounded designer ready to take on a start-up, high-growth environment.

Royce Geo seeks a Senior Specialist, Design and Creative reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Communications to deliver a range of visual creative services to support the planning, execution, and impact of Royce Geo's marketing and communications program.
This position is a great fit for a hands-on, well-rounded designer ready to take on a start-up, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design : develop graphics for use in social media, tradeshow exhibits, web, advertising, and facilities. Photography/videography experience a plus but not required.
- Collateral and Presentations : partner with internal clients to develop brochures, fact sheets, and presentations.
- Motion Design : develop motion graphics for use in corporate videos, web, presentations, and social media.
- Brand Management: support manager in the administration and expansion of Royce Geo brand standards while driving brand cohesion across the company
- Strategy and creative direction : support manager in the conceptualization of unique campaign and messaging approaches through a design and creative lens
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design : collaborate with Royce Geo technologists to co-develop user interfaces and a visual design system for Royce Geo software to provide an intuitive and high-quality appearance
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design at a technology company, creative agency, or communications agency
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field
- A team player mindset, ownership mentality, and an ambitious spirit
- Highly experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Proven experience engaging in high-level discussions with senior leadership.
