Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the management of logistics, inventory control and warehouse operations at NLX Beverage Solutions, LLC.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the management of logistics, inventory control and warehouse operations at NLX Beverage Solutions, LLC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures in accordance with SQF Level 3 standards
- Utilize the daily shipping schedule to plan and lead daily activities of the warehousemen to ensure continual flow of inbound and outbound trailers
- Schedule warehouse personnel appropriately to complete all inbound/outbound operations on a daily basis
- Effectively manage the Logistics and Warehouse departments in collaboration to ensure all trailers are loaded and unloaded as scheduled
- Ensure all outbound finished goods shipments are shipped to quality standards; including pallet and product condition, trailer condition, product weight and correct quantities
- Ensure all inbound, raw and packaging materials are received in acceptable condition
- Develop and maintain inventory control programs to ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions in Sage ERP
- Oversee and review that sanitation duties are being carried out daily and weekly per the sanitation schedule
- Review and complete all departmental documentation to verify it is completed utilizing Good Documentation Practices for an SQF level 3 facility
- Review Daily Shipping Schedule to ensure proper inventory levels for the current week's shipments.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure all daily duties are completed throughout the facility
- Promote good communication with truck drivers to help with dock flow
- Contributes to team effort by developing SOP, Work Instruction and Form creation pertaining to the warehouse and logistics departments
- Maintains warehouse and logistics staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement, and ensuring weekly cleaning schedules are adhered to
- Acts as liaison between Leahy-IFP Supply Chain Department and NLX
- Involved in budget development for the Warehouse Department
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Procure departmental supplies as needed and within the budget
- Act as first contact for forklift issues maintaining a good working relationship with the forklift maintenance company to keep forklift fleet in good operating conditions
- Other duties as assigned by the CPS Management team
Desired Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience managing a manufacturing & distribution facility
- Experience with SAGE ERP system or similar ERP system
- Strong Organizational skills
- Microsoft Office

- Vision, hearing and speaking to meet performance standard.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, climb, bend, stoop, squat, manual dexterity and large motor skills to work with: computers, physical files, typical office equipment and be on the production floor
- The ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
