POSITION SUMMARY

Corporate leader for test methodology improvement initiatives such as Gage R&R, Cpk, Outlier Detection, Shift Analysis, Temperature Regression and Test Coverage and owner of the required software tools for implementation in development and production. Business process owner for returned material analysis (RMA) procedures and methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
  • Utilize a deep understanding of semiconductor component technologies and associated Engineering and Quality methodologies for electrical testing.
  • Manage quality improvement projects such as test over-rejection reduction, yield enhancement, and minimizing rescreen/retest.
  • Interface with Integra IT function to create roadmap for Quality software tools, support tool development and implementation of new tools and methods.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales organization as they market and sell Integra's electronic component testing services to customers.
  • Provide quality support for new Test Program Release (TPR) development, Test Software Peer Reviews, and Customer Test Readiness Reviews.
  • Provide technical support when requested from customers by working closely with their Component, Product or Test Engineering teams.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Education: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. Other engineering disciplines may be considered.

Experience: At least 2 years' experience in electronics Product and/or Test Engineering required.

Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong leadership and technical skills with proven ability to drive complex issues to closure in a timely manner and clearly communicate the result.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing, to achieve required results.
  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills with the ability to defuse any situation.
  • Strong ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form while dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs.
  • Ability to:
  • Make conclusions using excellent analytical and statistical analysis skills.
  • Anticipate and resolve complex, non-routine problems.
  • Accurately track, enter, and maintain data.
  • Effectively interface with employees at all levels of the organization, including the executive level both internally and with the customer.
