Description:

As Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead all culinary operations and hospitality services across multiple dining venues. You will manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the hotel's world-renowned service standards. This role oversees restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, catering, and private dining. You will focus on profitable growth through innovation, community partnerships, and brand advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and profits through strategic menu development, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and coach department leaders to maximize staff performance and retention.
  • Oversee all culinary functions, including procurement, recipe standards, sustainability, and food safety compliance.
  • Optimize service quality, efficiencies, and cost controls across outlets.
  • Build strong local community relationships to increase banquet/event bookings.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and participate in strategic leadership decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and introduce new concepts/offerings to appeal to evolving guest preferences.
  • Conduct talent reviews and implement training programs to develop top culinary professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing food & beverage teams in a high-end hotel or resort.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to recruit and mentor a skilled culinary team driven by a passion for service excellence.
  • Sound business acumen with experience driving revenue and managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with luxury brand expectations and Five-Star food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in culinary operational systems, accounting software, and MS Office applications.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
