OneSpanSign is looking for a Senior Product Manager that will help lead our team to success by ensuring that we deliver the best in class features and functionalities for our internal and external users.

You are results oriented with an insatiable appetite for delivering successful products based on market demand and input from a variety of sources. The successful candidate drives the "what" and not the "how". You have the ability to grasp, combine and translate analysis and customer feedback into product requirements. Your vision lets you plan the big picture while being able to dive into the details. You will help the Product Management team drive the product roadmap and work closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, UX, Services, and Engineering to guide the delivery, launch and support of the best products on the planet for security and electronic signing.

This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role is hybrid (office in Montreal where you would go to +/- 1-2 days/week).

Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of communication on the cross-functional team. Be the channel of communication between Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Own the Product Lifecyle Management Process to drive business decisions
  • Research and understand the global market needs and trends to drive product strategy and development by organizing and vetting requirements against our business goals and strategy
  • Manage product roadmap direction and OKR's for the greatest market competitiveness and product value to our customers, and to support our revenue and market growth plans
  • Define market and product requirements, features and services, user scenarios, specifications, and use cases to be used by Product Development and Services in creating and delivering successful products and services to our customers and partners
  • Research and understand market needs and trends, and carry-on competitive analysis to drive product strategy and development
  • Measure outcomes through analytics and feedback and keep on iterating towards the optimal solution
  • Drive interaction and meetings with our customers and partners to gather customer feedback and gain insight into the use of our products and services
  • Champion our products to customers, partners, employees and market influencers with your product and market expertise in company, sales, marketing and industry activities

Requirements and Skills
  • 5 years of experience in software Product Management role
  • Direct or indirect people management an asset
  • Experience in developing and managing integrated application projects, application and API requirements, architecture and devices as well as cloud services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is required
  • Knowledge of best practices across mobile and web platforms operating systems and browsers
  • Exceptional design instincts and product acumen across platforms
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and customers
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Experience with consumer business applications, enterprise software, banking, insurance or financial services industries

  • Dfinir les exigences du march et des produits, les caractristiques et les services, les scnarios d'utilisation, les spcifications et les cas d'utilisation qui seront utiliss par le Dveloppement de produits et les Services pour crer et fournir des produits et des services performants nos clients et nos partenaires.
  • tudier et comprendre les besoins et les tendances du march, ainsi que la " carry-on competitive analysis ", afin d'orienter la stratgie et le dveloppement des produits.
  • Mesurer les rsultats grce l'analyse et au retour d'information et continuer voluer vers la solution optimale.
  • Favoriser les interactions et les runions avec nos clients et nos partenaires afin de collecter les observations des clients et d'obtenir des informations sur l'utilisation de nos produits et services.
  • Promouvoir nos produits auprs des clients, des partenaires, des employs et des personnes influentes sur le march grce votre expertise des produits et du march dans le cadre des activits de l'entreprise, des ventes, du marketing et d'autres activits de l'industrie

Exigences et comptences
  • 5 ans d'exprience dans un rle de Gestion de Produits de logiciels
  • La gestion directe ou indirecte du personnel est un atout
  • Une exprience dans le dveloppement et la gestion de projets d'applications intgres, d'exigences en matire d'applications et d'API, d'architecture et de dispositifs, ainsi que de services en Cloud et de software-as-a-service (SaaS) est requise.
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques sur les systmes d'oprations et navigateurs des plateformes mobiles et web.
  • Instinct de conception exceptionnel et de intrt pour les produits sur toutes les plates-formes
  • Excellentes comptences en matire de communication crite, orale et de prsentation
  • Excellentes comptences en matire de leadership et de relations humaines pour interagir avec les collgues, les quipes interfonctionnelles et les clients.
  • Solides comptences en matire d'organisation, de planification, d'analyse et de prise de dcision
  • Exprience avec les applications commerciales pour les consommateurs, les logiciels d'entreprise, le secteur bancaire, l'assurance ou l'industrie des services financiers.
  • Assist the business with the development of reports and dashboards, including the use of Performance Analytics.
  • Triage and support issues from users on the ServiceNow platform and related applications and modules
  • Collaborate with and manage 3rd party service provider and maintain ServiceNow environment, including timely patching, cloning and upgrades
  • Document workflows, configuration documents, user instructions and release documentation
  • Perform and document test scenarios and provide evidence on proper system testing before program or configuration changes are ready for testing by the users and released for production. This includes utilizing ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to improve company performance
  • Assist the business applications team with operational support on other related cloud-based applications and integrations

You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • ServiceNow Certifications
  • Experience with the following ServiceNow Modules is a must have: ITSM, SPM & CSM
  • Experience with system configuration, scripting, UI/form/view creation
  • Knowledge of process and data modeling techniques
  • Capable of translating business needs into concrete technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - writing job instructions, system documentation, change requirements, test scenarios and results for different target groups (IT colleagues, business users, auditors)
