HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Develop comprehensive business plan, and develop, access and pursue opportunities consistent with the business plan, organize, develop and oversee operational and support needs.
- Supervise assigned administrative and medical personnel.
- Manage and direct multiple cost center/departmental activities to accomplish individual unit objectives as well as overall integrated organizational objectives.
- Prepare and assist with all regulatory reviews, ensuring compliance and adherence to hospital and departmental policies, objectives and operational procedures by department heads.
- Direct profit and loss, revenue generation and expenditure control to optimize the utilization of resources at minimum cost.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field;
Preferred Education:
- Master's Degree in related field.
Required Experience:
- Seven (7) years as service line or division manager in major health care organization.
- Strong organizational, communications, team building, analytical and business development skills required.
- Must be committed to change in order to enhance service line and organizational performance.
