About the Role
Are you ready to unlock your potential by supporting all aspects of the Business Development lifecycle? We're hiring a Business Development Analyst with TS/SCI clearance who is eager to grow and make an impact. In this role, you will support capture management, proposals, and partnerships, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer located in our Herndon, VA headquarters office.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies and plans.
- Assist in capture management, proposal development, and partnership activities.
- Attend industry events and meetings to build and maintain relationships.
- Engage with customers and industry partners to understand their challenges and identify opportunities.
- Work on teaming agreements and administrative tasks related to business development.
- Track and analyze business development metrics to continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to communicate our brand's unique value proposition.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Possess an active TS/SCI clearance; Polygraph strongly preferred.
- Have a general understanding of the business development lifecycle and contracts/acquisitions.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills.
- Are proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Are eager to learn and grow within the company.
- Have the ability to attend industry events and create relationships.
